Mélange de France is a delicious and versatile herb mélange in a typical French style. It contains garlic and herbs such as celery, parsley, tarragon, sage, thyme, oregano and other spices. For vegetables, meat, seasoning sauce or herb butter.
Made from white wine vinegar and raspberry juice. Sweet, sour and fresh at the same time. When combined with walnut or lemon oil it makes a beautiful dressing. Delicious with potato salad, poured over fruit or ice cream, or very good with veal.
