Extra virgin olive oil -  superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means.

The oil is notable for its strong black truffle taste and scent, allowing you to make the simplest dishes something special. Can best be used cold as a finishing touch on dishes and is particularly good with egg dishes, salads, risotto and roasted potatoes. The oil combines well with Sherry Vinegar. A dressing tip: 1/3 Sherry Vinegar – 2/3 Olive Oil with Black Truffle.

The olives are harvested from October until January and processed into oil within hours using the “cold-press method”. By pressing the olives in this traditional manner, the flavor is optimally preserved, producing a high quality olive oil, with a low acidity (0.3% - 0.5%).
