The first mentions of the hamburger go back to 1885, so it’s a real classic! For this recipe, we make mini burgers in three totally different flavors.
There is something for everyone and they are small enough that you can try them all!

• 1 kilo beef • 3 shallots, finely chopped • 3 eggs • 6 slices of bread without crusts • salt • pepper • 24 small sandwiches + lettuce

Topping: • Smoky Grill Sauce • Green Burger Salsa • bacon, crispy fried.Italian

Tip: Add some extra bread if the mixture is too wet.
