This Italian Vincotto is made from boiled down Negroamaro and Malvasia grapes in which figs have ripened for six months. No artificial colouring or preservatives. Perfect with meat, fish, Carpaccio, cheese, fruit salads and ice cream.
A somewhat thicker and sweet vinegar with the distinctive aroma and taste of dates, for lovers of sweet and fresh flavors. Highly recommended with (cream) cheese, Philadelphia cheese and nuts; surprising with venison, poultry and sauces; delightful on ice cream and in salads.
