The Bruschetta Trio is a selection of herb mixes in flavours Originale, con Olive - with extra pieces of olive - and Piccante - with chilli. In small jars so you can discover all three! Or give as a gift! Bruschetta is Italian for a piece of toasted bread. Rub a clove of raw garlic over it and garnish with small pieces of tomato.
You can use this mix to make bruschettas, but also for:- dips with bread and grissini- pasta sauces- marinades
Use the mix with Bonsecco olive oil, which is nice and fruity and has a spicy hint. Or with sour cream, crème fraiche or our olive oil mayonnaise, for an extra creamy sauce!
