This intense sweet and fruity balsamic vinegar, comes from the vinegar house Casa Emilia from Modena. Awarded our quality label Bronze, it has a density of 1,25 and is made using the Solera method. Serve over meat, fish, vegetables, cheese and more to experience the joy of balsamic vinegar.
Made from white wine vinegar and raspberry juice. Sweet, sour and fresh at the same time. When combined with walnut or lemon oil it makes a beautiful dressing. Delicious with potato salad, poured over fruit or ice cream, or very good with veal.
Available in 250ml and 500ml bottles.
