This spice mix is perfect for seasoning beef. The mix has a sweet and spicy flavour and is made from chilli, garlic, cumin, coriander and other tasty spices. Suitable for roasting, grilling, and BBQing!
The spice mix can be used in two ways: as a 'dry rub' and as a 'wet rub'. For a 'dry rub', rub the meat with the dry mix. For a 'wet rub', let the spice mix soak in olive oil for an hour before rubbing it onto the meat.
