Then you might have an idea of the layered taste of this beer sauce. The sauce is exclusively developed for Oil & Vinegar and immediately convinces. The taste of the beer is subtly present and fits perfectly with the spicy-hot taste of the sauce. So you don't necessarily have to be a beer lover to still be able to enjoy this sauce. The sauce is not too smooth, but it's nice and full with a light bite.

This sauce is ideal to accompany meat such as grilled beef or pork. Also delicious with burgers, smoked duck or peking duck. Great food has never been easier to make! Besides being a ready-to-eat table sauce, this sauce can also be used warm (but don't let it boil).
To make this sauce we used the fresh Belgian beer Mongozo. This premium organic and fair-trade beer is gluten-free and has won the world beer prize for best gluten-free lager 3 times in a row. The alcohol has been boiled out during the preparation process of the sauce so that only the beer taste has been preserved.
