Combine the red wine vinegar with our Bonsecco exta virgin olive oil and our Garlic Mustard for a delicious vinaigrette. Perfect in salads with savoury flavours, such as Parma ham, bacon or aged cheeses. In addition, this vinegar is also ideal in a marinade for red meat or game.
