Wonderful, rosemary infused Spanish olive oil from the tap. The oil was made from Cornicabra (40%), Arbequina (40%) and Picual olives (20%).
This olive oil was made by a family firm with its own olive trees in the Spanish province of Toledo. The company was founded in 1872 and is currently run by the fifth generation of olive farmers.
Use for any type of salad as a dressing. It can also be used for grilled vegetables and potatoes. Add a bit of flavored extra virgin olive oil during the grilling.
Good to combine with: Jerez Sherry vinegar or balsamic vinegar.
