Yuzu is a citrus fruit that resembles a cross between grapefruit, lemon, and tangerine. Because of it's distinctive flavour, this vinegar pairs well with feta or goat cheese, as well as fish, seafood & shellfish.
Make a salad dressing with Ginger Yuzu Vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, and a spoonful of honey. Goes perfectly with any summer green salad with goat cheese, chicken, fish, or seafood
For an extra Asian touch, combine Sesame oil with the Ginger Yuzu Vinegar.
If you want to add a typical Asian flavour to your stir-fry, add Ginger Yuzu Vinegar to your favourite stir-fry oil.
Make your own ginger lemonade by combining Ginger Yuzu Vinegar with a little honey and sparkling mineral water and serve it with a slice of lemon and a sprig of thyme.
