This pretty pot contains a blend of freeze-dried parsley, tomato, garlic, paprika, chili, thyme, oregano and bay leaf.
Mix two teaspoons of Herb Butter Mix with 4 teaspoons of warm water. Leave to steep for 5 minutes and add 100g of butter. It's never been easier to make herb butter!
The Herb Butter Mix contains a pinch of salt, but you can add a touch more if you like.
Tip: Melt a knob of butter on your steak. Herb butter is also delicious with fish, e.g. salmon or cod.
