Origin
The name Liguritio extra virgin olive oil is derived from the region of Liguria, also called the 'Italian Riviera' or 'Flower Riviera'. This is the narrowest region of Italy (approx. 7 km wide and 100 km long) and borders France.
Olive variety
The Liguritio is made from Frantoio olives, Leccino olives, Moraiolo olives and Taggiasca olives. The olive oil is obtained from the first pressing.
Delicious to add a dash to vegetable soup and to drizzle over fish, grilled vegetables and baked potatoes.
