Is this the best raspberry based vinegar available? Little Doone are fortunate enough to have some of the best soft fruit in the world right on their doorstep, so why not use it? Their raspberries come straight from the farm in the fruit growing Blairgowrie area of Scotland, and they simply blend them and remove the seeds, then add 25% pure fruit puree to the Original dressing. Once again, no flavours, flavour enhancers, or anything artificial at all.
This is Colin Hanna's favourite with its big, full fruit flavours. The list of foods that work with this flavour is endless, but you must try it with brie, camembert, grilled goats cheese and feta. It's also superb with rich meats and pates. A wee drop through a stew can add a lovely depth to the taste.
Little Doone is a small family business based near Stirling in Scotland with a beautiful view of the hills!
If you find a normal balsamic a bit harsh and vinegary then you really need to try this range of sweet balsamic dressings.
Colin and Tanya Hanna started the company and source their balsamic vinegar from one of the oldest and longest established balsamic houses in the Modena region of Italy, and then start to play. Were you told not to play with your food as a child? Well, forget that! Playing with food

As balsamic vinegar contains naturally occurring sulphites, all of these dressings contain sulphites. They don't have any nuts in the recipes, and there is a no nuts policy within the production facilities, but the producer cannot guarantee that nuts are absent from their products. Although the ingredients include chocolate extract, this is from cocoa, and does not contain milk or milk products. All Little Doone products are gluten free, and there are no animal or dairy products in any of their dressings.
