Mango is a fruit which combines well with different kinds of meats and fish. A great match with fresh or smoked chicken and salmon! Or use the Mango Pulp Vinegar with a pasta salad or – mixed with a neutral extra virgin olive oil – as a dressing on a salad, for example with carrot julienne or little gem lettuce. Even a fresh fruit salad becomes something special with a splash of Mango Pulp Vinegar. Mango also tastes great in combination with mozzarella cheese, cashew nuts and finely diced chilli peppers. Due to the mango pulp, ensure you shake well before use. With these tips you will no doubt serve the most delicious and sunny dishes!
