This vinegar has a perfect blend of Spanish white wine vinegar (70%) and Italian white balsamic condiment (30%). The balsamic vinegar gives this herbal vinegar its deep herbal flavour. The bottle is also filled with Mediterranean herb sprigs (rosemary, oregano and thyme) that are locally grown. This way you always have a fresh spice mix at hand in the kitchen!
Delicious to prepare a classic salad dressing. Combine this vinegar with Extra virgin olive oil with garlic, a chopped shallot and some honey mustard. In addition, this vinegar is also perfect for marinades, sauces and soups.
