Plum walnut Vinegar
This plum walnut vinegar is great for those cooler days! The vinegar has an intense taste of balsamic, ripened plums and a hint of walnut.
Combine with Roasted Walnut Oil for a dressing for salads, add slithers of Parmesan cheese and Parma ham. This vinegar also completes a sauce for red meat or game. Or put a bowl of plum-walnut vinegar on your cheese board as a dip to go with cheese: very tasty!
