Gastronomic vinegar made from sherry, recently discovered by top French chefs. Produced in the Spanish province of Cádiz (Andalusia), between the cities Jerez de la Frontera, Sanlúcar de Barrameda and El Puerto de Santa María (the “Sherry Triangle"). A very special vinegar, agreeable on the palate and with an aroma that recalls the sherry of the old bodegas of the Jerez region of Spain.
