  • • 200g soft goats cheese
    • 4 tablespoons Pomegranate Vinegar
    • ½ teaspoon black pepper
    • 1 pomegranate
    • 15 crackers Fornelli Classici
    • 125 grams of pecorino cheese
    • 6 tablespoons Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP Gold
    • 4 tablespoons dried raisins



  • Mix the soft goats cheese with pomegranate vinegar and black pepper, role into a round ball, flatten the ball and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds. Add Fornelli Classici crackers with the goats cheese.

    Slice the pecorino cheese into thin slices and place them staggered on a plate, then drizzle with the balsamic vinegar and sprinkle lastly with the dried raisins.
