The sun is at full blast and we’re all enjoying this incredible summery weather with friends and family, refreshing drinks and good barbecues. But after a couple of grilling sessions you might be in need of some new inspiration. That’s why we give you: BBQ Italian Style.

    • 2 Sea bream
    • 1 Lemon
    • 2 Sprigs Of Parsley
    • 1 Jar Of Pesto al Limone
    • Pepper
    • Sea Salt
  • Clean the sea bream and sprinkle the inside with pepper and salt.

    Cut the lemon into slices and place the slices and the sprigs of parsley on the sea bream.

    Clamp the fish in a grill rack and place them on the barbecue. Grill for approximately 6 minutes per side and serve them with Pesto al Limone .
