    Dissolve the yeast in the water and mix this into the pizza flour with the salt. Add olive oil and knead into a dough. Allow to rise under a damp dish towel for 90 minutes. Pre-heat the oven to 225 °C / 437 °F. Roll the pizza dough out into a thin sheet and place on a baking tray or pizza stone. Top with your favourite ingredients and put it in the oven until the base is golden brown and crispy. Depending on the oven this will take 5 to 10 minutes.
