Niçoise Springtime Caesar Quinoa Classic
  • • 75 g pasta • 25 g / 2 tbsp Pomodori Aromatizzati (sun-dried tomatoes in herb oil) • 8 cherry tomatoes • 10 small mozzarella balls (75 gr) • 25 g rocket • 15 g pine nuts • 10 basil leaves

    Dressing
    • 1.5 tbsp Bonsecco Olive Oil • 1.5 tbsp Pesto alla Genovese (basil pesto)

    Additional
    Pure Food Inside glass jar 1L

  • Preparation

    Cook the pasta. Drain and cool under cold, running water. Halve the cherry tomatoes and the mozzarella balls. Grate the pine nuts if desired.

    Step 2

    Make the salad as follows:

    1) Make the dressing and pour this into the jar first.
    2) Add successively to the pasta the Pomodori Aromatizzati, the cherry tomatoes and the mozzarella balls in layers.
    3) Arrange the rocket on top.
    4) Garnish with pine nuts and basil.

    Variation tip:

    Use 2 tbsp Sweet Basil & Tomato Splash (vinaigrette) as a dressing.
