Nice to know 

A smoothie is made from different pureed fruits and prepared with a blender of mixer. Because smoothies are rich in important vitamins, fibre and minerals, it is an ideal natural fuel for many people to use throughout the day. Smoothies are also delicious to cool off during a hot summer day or for additional vitamins when there’s an R in the month.

In this recipe, next to the fruit, we also add other ingredients such as cream and peach vinegar for an even richer taste sensation.

  • Groceries

    • 200 g peaches (fresh or canned) • 250 ml orange juice • 3 tbsp Peach Vinegar • 150 g Greek yoghurt • 100 ml whipped cream • sugar to taste

  • Getting started

    Puree the peaches, the orange juice, 2 tbsp Peach Vinegar and Greek yoghurt until smooth. If using fresh peaches, add sugar to taste.

    Step 2

    Divide over 4 glasses. For garnishing, whip the cream and mix with 1 tbsp Peach Vinegar.

    Serving tip

    Freeze a portion of the orange juice and add these ice cubes to the smoothie before serving for an extra fresh effect.
