Oven-roasted potato slices with butter and herbs.

    • 4 russet potatoes
    • 3.5 oz of butter
    • 4 tbsp. Olive Bruschetta
    • 2 garlic cloves
    • sea salt
  • Preheat the oven to 350 °F.

    Clean and slice the potatoes.

    Chop the garlic and mix it with the butter.

    Mix Olive Bruschetta and sea salt and add to butter.

    Tear off four sheets of foil.

    Stack the potato slices on top of each other with a layer of herb butter between each.

    Wrap each potato tower in the foil and bake for 25 to 30 minutes in the oven.
