  • Bacon wrapped dates

    • 8 pitted dates
    • 8 slices bacon
    • 2 tablespoons Sherry Vinegar
    • 8 skewers

    Pinchos with Iberico ham and strawberry

    • 4 slices baguette
    • 4 slices of Iberico ham
    • 8 strawberries
    • 4 tablespoons
    • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
    • 1 teaspoon Strawberry Pulp Vinegar
    • Pepper
  • Bacon Wrapped Dates

    Heat oven to 200˚C (400˚F).

    Wrap dates with bacon securing with picks. Place in a baking dish. Drizzle with the Sherry vinegar.
    Bake until bacon becomes crisp, approximately 15 minutes. Arrange on serving platter and drizzle with cooking juices.

    Pinchos with Iberico ham and strawberry

    Preheat a grill pan to high heat. Drizzle baguette slices with 1 tablespoon oil. Place on grill and cook oil side down until grill lines are visible.
    Cut strawberries into quarters. Mix the cream cheese with vinegar. Spread baguettes with cheese mixture, place Iberico ham over cheese and top with strawberries.
    Season with pepper.
