General
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all purchases on the Oil & Vinegar online store.
1.2 By placing an order you acknowledge that you agree with the terms and conditions. Oil & Vinegar reserves the right to change its delivery and / or conditions after the expiry of the term.
1.3 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the general or specific terms or conditions of third parties are not recognized by Oil & Vinegar.
1.4 This does not affect your statutory rights if you receive faulty or damaged goods from Oil & Vinegar.
Delivery
2.1 Orders on the website of Oil Vinegar can only be delivered to addresses in the UK.
2.2 The place of delivery is the address that you have given to Oil & Vinegar.
2.3 Oil & Vinegar will dispatch orders within 3 business days. If this is not possible (because the product ordered is out of stock or no longer available), or there is other another reason for the delay, or an order can not or can only partially be implemented, Oil & Vinegar will contact you about your order to agree a revised order. If you do not agree, you have the right to cancel the order and receive a refund of the full purchase price.
2.4 The supply obligation of Oil & Vinegar will, subject to proof, be satisfied once Oil & Vinegar has delivered at least once to you. For home delivery extends the report of the carrier, alleging refusal of acceptance, full proof of the offer to deliver.
2.5 All information on the website is indicative. Time limits are therefore not legally binding.
Price
3.1 Prices will not be increased during the transaction process, unless legally necessary.
3.2 All prices on the site are subject to misprints. For the consequences of misprints no liability is accepted.
3.3 All prices on the site are in Pounds and include VAT.
Returns period / right to return
4.1 In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to return the goods (or part of) within a period of 14 days without giving any reason. This period starts from the moment you place your order until 14 days after you receive your order. If after this period the goods delivered have not been returned to Oil & Vinegar, the sale is final. You are obliged, before proceeding to return accordingly within the period of 14 days after delivery to notify Oil & Vinegar in writing . Return of Goods must be in original packaging (including accessories and documentation) and in new condition. If the goods have been used by you, or in any way have been damaged, returns will not be accepted. With regard to what is stipulated in the preceding sentence, Oil & Vinegar will ensure that within 30 days after receipt of the return, the full purchase price including the shipping costs will be refunded to you. However, the return of the delivered goods is entirely at the expense and risk of you.
4.2 The right to return products does not apply to:
Those goods produced according to particular specifications of the consumer, such as customisation, or of a clearly personalised character and
to goods or services that can not be returned because of their nature, for example perishable goods. This applies to all food products.
