Bruschetta Trio

Bruschetta is a dish from Italy. It’s a slice of unsalted toasted bread, rubbed with garlic and sprinkled with olive oil and salt. It often contains a topping of fresh tomato. De Bruschetta herb blend of Oil & Vinegar is based on this authentic dish. The dried herb blend is made from tomato, garlic and herbs and it’s mixed with tepid water (two spoons of herbs with four spoons of water) and extra virgin olive oil (two spoons). There are different varieties of Bruschetta and they all have their own flavor. The Bruschetta Trio is a selection of three different flavors, in cute little jars of 25 grams. The Bruschetta Trio contains Bruschetta Originale, Bruschetta con Olive and Bruschetta con Formaggio. De first one is the ‘original’ one and the other two have some extra pieces of olive and cheese in it, to give it its own flavor.

The Bruschetta herb blend can be used as a tapenade on toast or as a dip. You can also add the diverse mix to raw minced meat to make delicious meatballs.
