This Tzatziki is prepared according to a traditional Greek recipe and ready to use. As a starter, as a part of the typical Mezze on a piece of bread, but also as a sauce with the main course or as a dipper.
Appreciated with a Gold qualification, this ca. 15 year ripened balsamic vinegar from Modena of Leonardi. Syrupy with a sensational sweet, light sour taste of grape must and tones of wood. Very diverse with meat, fish and desserts.
