Pepper flavoured Extra Virgin olive oil come from the Puglia region of Italy and is made from 60% Coratina and 40% Ogliarola olives and fresh peppers.
A sweet and somewhat thick vinegar based on white wine, concentrated cherry juice and almond oil. Very much suited for heavier salads, cheese, venison or poultry. Delicious pouring over ice cream or as flavoring to mineral water or fruit juice.
