A harmonious combination of oranges and rosemary. Fruity, sweet, tangy and every so lightly spicy for a sunny twist on your salad, cheese or even with meat.
Made from white wine vinegar and raspberry juice. Sweet, sour and fresh at the same time. When combined with walnut or lemon oil it makes a beautiful dressing. Delicious with potato salad, poured over fruit or ice cream, or very good with veal.
